Shoulder arm.jpgShoulder, Arm and Hand Pain can make you miserable. Left untreated it can lead to arthritic changes in the joints or serious nerve problems.

There are many causes of shoulder, arm and hand pain. Fortunately, chiropractic has been shown to be the most effective treatment for most types of back pain.

The first step
in a correct diagnosis, so that the correct treatment can be applied. I have almost 20 years experience diagnosing and treating all types of joint and nerve pain syndromes.

The second step
is applying the best treatment to get you out of pain and begin the healing process. I am experienced in a wide range of treatments including:

  •     Manual adjusting
  •     Activator adjusting
  •     Extremity adjusting
  •     Applied Kinesiology techniques for muscle balancing
  •     Acupuncture and microcurrent acupuncture
  •     Electrical muscle stimulation
  •     Active release
  •     Nutraceuticals for pain relief
  •     Taping and supports
These names may not mean much to you, but having the right treatment can make a huge difference in how quickly you get relief.

The third step is making sure that your body heals completely and you have a plan to keep the pain from coming back.

  • Specific Exercise - developing a specific routine that works for you
  • Diet and nutrition - working with you to improve diet and solve nutritional issues that may contribute to your back pain or limit healing.
  • Stress and emotional issues - Stress can contribute to back pain.

Whatever your problem, I take the time to find the source of your problem, explain what is causing your pain to you, and give you the options.
